Common questions

Sharing documents with HAILIE

Initially, only the HAILIE Chair and the small group of volunteers who review contributions. Beyond that, nothing is shared unless the option you chose on the form allows it. If you picked "internal use only", the document itself is never circulated.

Yes. Email guy@housingai.org and we will update or withdraw the document. The one exception is material already published under CC BY-SA 4.0, where copies others have made cannot be recalled, although we will remove it from housingai.org.

We remove your organisation's name, logos, author names, internal system names and any detail that would identify you, then send you the redacted version to approve before it is shared. You can also do the anonymising yourself before uploading if you prefer.

The form accepts a single PDF or Word document up to 10 MB. For anything else, including spreadsheets, slide decks or multiple files, email guy@housingai.org with the same information the form asks for, especially how we may use it.
